Contract subject:

This contract covers the sale of the product or products ordered online by the buyer from the seller.

the demand:

The buyer selects the products offered by the seller and submits a purchase order.

paying off:

The buyer chooses the payment method when submitting the order and completes the required payment.

Delivery:

The seller is obligated to deliver the order to the address specified by the buyer as soon as possible.
Delivery time can vary depending on the product type and geographic region of the buyer.

Cancellation and returns:

The buyer can cancel the order and return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order without having to provide any reasons.
The product being returned must be in its original condition, unused and with the original packaging.

the responsibility:

The seller bears full responsibility for the quality of the product and its delivery in good condition.
The buyer assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided during the order process.

Disputes:

In the event of any dispute between the two parties, amicable negotiation and settlement shall be resorted to first.
If the two parties do not reach an agreement, the buyer can file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Authority or with the competent court in his area.

Validity of contract:

This contract shall enter into force on the date of acceptance of the order by the Seller.
